Richard S. Carson & Associates (Carson Associates) was founded in 1979 to provide management consulting and information security services to private and government organizations. Over the years we have served Civilian and Defense Department agencies, State and Local governments, and private corporations in the healthcare, finance, education and insurance markets.
We are proud of our 30-plus-years providing innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency through program management and governance support, cyber-security services, software application development and business analytics.
